What happens after a draft filing?
An issuer may revise a draft, receive regulatory observations, publish its red herring prospectus and announce offer dates and price band. A filing is neither approval of an investment nor a guarantee that the IPO will happen on any particular date.
GMP and listing gain warning
Grey market premium is an informal, unregulated signal. There may be no meaningful quote months before an issue opens, and any reported premium can change quickly. Do not rely on invented, undated or guaranteed listing-return figures.
